Yes. We have lockers on site where you can store your phone, wallet, keys, and other valuables during your session. Changing cabins and fresh water are also available right at the school, so you can arrive, surf, and head straight to the café without going back to your hotel first.

Yes. We regularly work with families, friend groups, and corporate teams. Group sessions are available for up to 8 people directly through the contact form. For larger groups or custom formats, message us on WhatsApp.

Yes – WhatsApp is our main channel and the fastest way to reach us. Message us at +34 605 870 611, and we typically respond within a few hours. For very urgent matters, you can also call the same number directly.

Yes – free street parking is available on the side streets around our location. There is a designated drop-off zone at the end of Mexico Street near our location, and the street is wide enough to stop to drop someone off before parking.

In high season and on weekend mornings, spaces fill up quickly. We recommend arriving 15–25 minutes before your session. If you are coming by bus, Las Américas is well connected – the nearest stop is a short walk from us. Ask when you book, and we will give you the clearest route.

The surf school and rental centre are open daily from 8:00 to 21:00. The surf café and shop are open daily from 8:30 to 21:30 – from early breakfast through to sunset dinner.

Surf lessons and eFoil sessions run subject to forecast and conditions. If you have flexible dates, let us know when you contact us – more options increase the likelihood of finding the perfect window for your session.

For surf lessons, the fastest option is to book and pay directly on our website – just head to the homepage and choose your session. You can also reach us on WhatsApp, and we will sort it out quickly.

For eFoil sessions, contact us via WhatsApp or fill in the form on this page. Because eFoil depends on weather and location, we need to check the forecast first and then offer you the best available date, time, and spot.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your session – no questions asked. If conditions change on the day and we need to reschedule, we will always contact you in advance and offer an alternative slot at no extra cost.

We are located at Avenida Rafael Puig Lluvina 28, Las Palmeras 18D, Las Américas, Tenerife—a two-minute walk from the beach. If you’re heading along Calle Mexico toward the ocean, turn right after the Aberden restaurant. If you’re coming from the ocean, turn left just before Aberden. The surf school and cafe are in the same location. Look for the sign for Ocean Freaks World.

If you’re coming from your hotel, most hotels in Las Américas and Costa Adeje are a 5-10-minute drive away. Google Maps works great – search for “Ocean Freaks World – Surf School” or “Ocean Freaks Cafe” and it will take you directly to us, but parking is not available.

Free parking is available on nearby streets. During peak season, spaces fill up quickly in the morning – arrive 25-15 minutes early. The nearest paid parking is here.
